This site collects no personally identifying information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. There are three locations on this site where users are prompted to give personal information: Order a Free Guide, Contact Us, and Find an Attorney.

The Order a Free Guide information is used to mail brochures to those that request them. These customers may or may not also receive a phone call from a Fund representative. The Contact Us e-mail form information is used to answer visitors' questions and address their comments about The Fund and/or whatever other topics they may write us about. After users are shown results from the Find an Attorney search, they have the option of receiving additional information in the future that will further educate and inform them on the home buying and selling process. We may retain user-identifying information in our files to use for future promotional and marketing purposes. We will not disclose this information to third parties. Individuals always have the ability to stop their information from being used for any of the above purposes by sending an e-mail request to The Fund at the address given above.
